⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS
We would like to make our customers aware of an issue currently affecting McNeal Plumbing & Heating.
Our page and Google Business Profile have recently been targeted by a number of false and malicious reviews from individuals who have not used our services.
We have also received demands for payment in exchange for the removal of these reviews. We have not made any payments and will not do so.
As a precaution, we have temporarily disabled reviews on both Facebook and Google while we report the matter to the relevant platforms and take the appropriate steps to have the fraudulent reviews investigated and removed.
We appreciate that this may be confusing to our genuine customers, particularly if you have recently tried to leave us a review. Please be assured that the temporary suspension of reviews is solely due to this situation and is not intended to prevent genuine customer feedback.
McNeal Plumbing & Heating is a family-run business with over 20 years' experience, and we take great pride in the reputation we have built through professional workmanship, reliability and customer service.
Our reputation has been built over many years through the support of our genuine customers, recommendations and repeat business, and we are extremely grateful for that continued support.
We will provide an update when our review facilities are available again.
