Part 2

Update on the progress on the care home extension,
All brick walls have been dot and dabbed, all exterior walls have have had insulated plasterboards applied and all the interior walls have had normal plasterboards applied, the next stage will be to apply the skim to ceilings and to walls so keep tuned for part 3.

Just starting this Medium sized extension on a care home in Darlington, ceiling and media wall have been plasterboarded with fire boards and partition wall to entance with normal plasterboards.
Tomorrow i will be dabbing plasterboards to walls, so keep tuned for more updates and see the progress over the next few days.

With the colder weather well and truly here, we’re seeing a big increase in damp and mould problems inside homes. When temperatures drop, condensation builds up on cold walls, especially in poorly ventilated rooms like bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchens. Over time, this moisture can lead to black mould, blown plaster, peeling paint, and damage to your walls.
