🚧 A big project is well underway.

We’re currently delivering a full refurbishment of a former headquarters building at Doxford International Business Park, transforming more than 40,000 sq ft across three floors as part of a complete change of use.

From the initial strip out through to the final fit out, it’s a significant transformation that showcases the scale, quality and attention to detail our team brings to every project.

We look forward to sharing more as work progresses. 👀

Taking shape in Newton Aycliffe 👷

We're currently transforming a former industrial space into modern office accommodation, with stud work now underway and first fix electrics complete.

It's great to see the layout beginning to take shape, and we're looking forward to sharing more updates as the project progresses. ⚡️🏗️

🏗️ OneGym Wynyard

Another successful project completed for our client, OneGym.

The project involved combining two units into one, removing the existing partition wall, installing a new mezzanine floor and delivering a full fit-out to bring the space to life.

The result is a modern fitness facility designed to meet the demands of thousands of members each week.

A big moment for us this week 👏

Taylor joined In Charge Construction at 16 as our first-ever apprentice. Four years on, he’s now officially qualified as an electrician after passing his AM2 ⚡️

It’s a great achievement and one we’re really proud of.

Apprentices are a huge part of what we do. Bringing people in early, giving them real experience on site and helping them build a career properly - that’s always been important to us.

Taylor’s come through the full journey - putting the work in, learning on the job and taking on more responsibility each year. To see him now fully qualified is exactly what it’s all about.

We’re committed to continuing that pathway too. We’ve now got five more apprentices in the business, two first-year joiners, two first-year electricians and one third-year electrician - all at different stages of their journey with us and we’re looking to build on that with more coming through.
