Pop Art and Pals
We’ve been creating some more pop art recently with Michelle from Rose Cottage Community Hub cic and despite some self confessed “non artists” all our members have been pleasantly surprised with their creations.
We’ve seen a lot of new members start groups too, many solo and we just wanted to share a little bit of information with regard to joining us.
You can start your membership any time, we don’t book in blocks anymore it’s a rolling monthly membership, taken via direct debit each month. Guest spaces are £19.50 and membership is £15.50 and each month you get a workshop with all materials supplied, refreshments and a raffle ticket for a prize draw each session.
Flying solo tables can be found at each group to sit if you come along alone, so you know others on that table either are or have started solo the same as you. If you’re nervous before you come, pop to Facebook and search Pimm’s and Needles (then add group location after) to join your groups page. Here you could pop up a post about yourself, ask if anyone is starting alone soon or willing to meet you outside. We promise someone will surly see it and make you feel welcome.
If you can’t make one month you are free to transfer to another location any time in that month. Meaning you don’t miss or loose out on a session (please note it may be something different running)
