Taking a rare few hours off with me Gurlsss.....

Please bare with me on all outstanding jobs as the list of jobs still so do is longer than the pages in my diary 🫣

I will get everyone sorted as soon as physically possible it's just a balancing act ATM keeping everyone happy and getting the work done to my standards and not rushed 👍

So this week's work started with a new roof following storm damage and finding wasps nests..

Thanks to Lee at A Star Scaffolding for the obvious..

Graeme Myers for the Labour and Geordie Andy For roofing skills I've learnt a lot👍👍

Day one was rip off the old and prep the new Membrane and Lats then lugging all the gear up and down...

Day two was finishing the tiles and sorting the lead work, pointing, dry verge and guttering..

The request... To come paint hard work...

Old cupboard doors were removed and altered to a very high standard making the paint go on like a dream..

Pale Grey MSP was the drop used and results speak for themselves and 2 coats 3 in some place left it looking awesome...

Bespoke Handles added by the client make it a finished project ready for a Christmas Present to be happy about...

So this challenge was fun... Mainly sourcing the materials to extend this council installed kitchen...

came to the rescue...

So the 630 oven gap was reduced to 600 by shuffling the base units along next to a freshly installed Oven housing...

The single 500 wall unit on the left was moved to the far right and end panel reinstalled... A new 300 wall unit went in it's place..

A new base unit on the far right was installed after the single socket was relocated and magically became a double socket... Thanks to the clients brother for that sparky bit...

New plinth measured twic cut once, then installed..

Finally a brand new worktop with the hob hole cut beautifully by a track saw "borrowed" by still not sure he knows it was gone for the day 😂😂

Couple of handles and a bit tidy and the mission was complete leaving both client and myself extremely happy with the result 👍

Just a simple boarding out and boxing in job...🫣

Its what I though using 18mm OSB boards...

Like some kinda divvy I bought Tongue and Grove for it all...

The roofing angles were a nightmare but job done and client was very happy for a solid structure for a great storage space ...

The mission was accepted... Storage Room to practice room...

This was completed within a tight deadline and constant communication with the client...
