Well… the heatwave was nice while it lasted! 😂
Now we’re back to the great British weather, we thought it was a good time for a quick reminder about cleaning in the rain.
Yes - we can and will continue to clean your windows when it’s raining.
Our purified water-fed pole system is designed to thoroughly clean the glass, frames and sills, and normal rainfall doesn’t prevent us from achieving the standard of clean we expect - because of this, rain alone isn’t a reason for us to cancel or postpone your scheduled clean.
The exception is torrential or severe weather. If the rain becomes heavy enough that we can’t properly see and check the rinse, or we feel the conditions could compromise the quality of the clean or our safety, we’ll make the decision to pause and rearrange.
And most importantly, our 24-hour clean guarantee still applies. If you notice anything you’re not happy with, simply get in touch within 24 hours and we’ll come back and rectify it.
Unfortunately, if we waited for perfect weather in the North East, we might only get a few weeks of work done each year, and we all have bills to pay 😂
