🟡 Sany crushing trio 🟡

The June 2023 edition of EARTHMOVERS (available now!) sees David Wylie visit Tyne Tees Crushing and Screening to see the company’s new SANY UK & Ireland SY390H excavator, which was working on a project for MGL Demolition (MGL Group) at Stockton-on-Tees alongside an SY305C and SY215C.

“The 40-tonne Sany SY390H was introduced to the UK market at the ScotPlant 2022 show,” writes David Wylie. “It is powered by an ultra-low emissions, six-cylinder Cummins engine mated to Kawasaki hydraulic pumps. At its launch, Sany claimed that the new 40-tonner would deliver significant fuel savings. This seems to be substantiated, as in this application the Sany is sipping diesel at an average rate of only six litres per hour.”
