Overview:
The Architectural Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the architectural team by efficiently managing administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and tracking surveys and quotes for planning purposes. The Architectural Administrator ensures that projects progress smoothly and that essential information is readily available to the architectural team. Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with architects and project managers to coordinate project activities and timelines.

Ensure project files and documentation are organized and up-to-date.

Survey Tracking:
Manage the tracking of site surveys, including scheduling and follow-up.

Quote Tracking:
Solicit and collect quotes from various suppliers and contractors as required.
Maintain a comprehensive database of quotes for use in project planning and cost estimation.
Monitor and track the status of quotes and follow up as needed.
Administrative Support:
Prepare and maintain project-related documents, including contracts, permits, and correspondence.
Manage architectural drawings and documents, ensuring accessibility and version control.
Assist with the preparation of project proposals and presentations.
Handle general administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, and managing emails.
Documentation and Reporting:
Generate and maintain project reports, including progress reports, budget tracking, and status updates.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in an architectural or construction context.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
