Another warm customer. Jaguar plumbing carried out a combination boiler conversion which involves removing the old loft water tanks and hot water cylinder leaving more space in the loft and airing cupboard for storage, and better water pressure from taps.

Here at Jaguar drainage we are constantly trying to improve. Today we finally took delivery of our new CCTV drainage survey unit to replace our existing unit. This Minicam unit will help us to deliver a first class drainage survey to any of our existing customers and to any new customers.

Today we Attended The Brent primary school, part of Cygnus Academies Trust.
They have had drainage issues over the past month so to we turned up to find all the drains holding. Using our Jetting equipment we were able to clear the blockage for them and leave their drains flowing. We look forward to our ongoing partnership with Cygnus Academies Trust. A thankyou to Kieren Shepherd for all is help.

Meet Lee, a valuable member of our team here at Jaguar. Here's a glimpse into his journey:⁠

I began my drainage and plumbing journey 28 years ago and spent my time early on learning my trade inside out. I then progressed and went to a larger company and continued my journey, learning my skills as an engineer but also learning customer service skills.
I learned to deal with domestic and commercial clients and here I also learned every aspect of drainge from blockages to stack cleans to excavations and re lining. Building myself up to a management role, running a team of engineers.
I then moved into the landscape industry for 8 years and run a sucessful company creating lovely gardens for clients.
But I felt the pull back to drainage and thats when we started Jaguar Drainage and this is where we currently are.

This is blockage we did for a couple in Stone, with their sink and washing machine backing up, we gained access through their sink trap and used our pipe clearing equipment to clear the blockage for them. They were very pleased to be able to use it again. Please contact us for any drainage issues, large or small.

Jaguar plumbing have been working on an en-suite install this week. Not a complete rip out but new tiled floor, aqua panels in shower area, shower tray and screen. 😃

This customer in Sutton-at-hone needed to have a new smart meter installed. However before this could be done the gas company said that the gas meter needed to be supported and pipework reconfigured. This was done by fixing the meter bracket to the wall so that the smart meter could be safely installed. Hopefully the customer can now have their smart meter installed soon. 😃

This customer had been having problems with their pump pit for 9-10 months with another contractor letting them down badly, we attended with the dbody tanker services and emptied the pit of all the water and the solids and the slundge at the bottom. We were then able to check the pumps and service the non return valves which as you can see were in poor condition. Once all was put back in place we were able to ensure that the pumps were back in full working order, as you can imagine the tenats of this block were very happy.

Meet Richard, a valuable member of our team here at Jaguar. Here's a glimpse into his journey:⁠

I began my plumbing career 25 years ago with a local heating engineer. This started my interest in plumbing and heating which lead on to my plumbing apprenticeship at North West Kent college. This provided a route into my first job within a service maintenance company working in all kinds of domestic as well as commercial properties. I then progressed onto a large plumbing and drainage company working throughout London and the South East. Here I gained a vast experience with all manner of plumbing and drainage work which gave me the knowledge and confidence to go it alone and eventually found Jaguar Plumbing Ltd.
