Recent Project completed at Queen Elizabeth Hospital. 3 x new wash-hand basins and 2 x future water fountain supply in MRI of the Hospital.

Install consist of 1st and 2nd fix on domestic water services and soil waste. Had to carry out a confined spaces course to do some of this install.

All new pipework was pressured upon completion.

Customer reported a leak on condense on a boiler. Fitting was not glued correctly. On remedial repair, found the condense to have incorrect fall away from the boiler, was actually back falling the wrong way. Rectified this issue accordingly.

Part 1 - 1st Fix of new Central Heating System pipework for 17 x new column radiators and Hot Water & Cold Water pipework recification works so, all pipework are hidden out of view in Georgian House. Challenging Project due to the age of the house.

Some of the install is existing ( eye sore 😳 ).

Also I always carry out pressure testing on complete new installs, before walls and flooring are permanent fixed or closed up.

Boiler service & remedial work. Boiler got condemned due to gas pipework was undersized. Previous installer didn't do the necessary check on gas pipework sizing and Boiler was never 'officially signed off'.

Upsized the gas pipework and gave the boiler required services, which was needed.

1st and 2nd fix a new kitchen sink, located in island of the kitchen area. Customer existing cold and hot water services, had a few 'dead legs' and unnecessary crossovers under the floor. Stripped back to the boiler and installed to a quality standard.
