So after 6 weeks this job is complete. This property had major structural repairs (cracks on all 4 sides all through the brickwork), and major roof leaks. The cracks were due to poor drainage that didn’t meet today’s regulations. The work carried out was lower the 2 chimneys, expose all cracks and then stitch together the brickwork using helibars and resin, 2 new soak aways front and back, re render and decorate the exterior of the house and new roofs top and bottom. Thanks to everyone involved a very happy client 🙏🏼

Another council disabled adaptation complete and a very happy council! This job was to create a front adaptation with double doors, for wheelchair access and to open up and widen the existing hallway also for wheelchair access. Steel ramp system going in this week. www.hd-developments.co.uk
