We go to work to primarily earn an income. But if you're not getting anything else from the work then it really becomes so difficult to keep doing it to a high standard every day. Receiving feedback and especially feedback like this makes the hard day's much easier and turns going to work into something that you're looking forward to instead of dreading. I really appreciate when people take the time to show their appreciation for what you've done. It costs nothing to do and the impact goes a long way!

This kitchen refresh is now done!

After completing the downstairs renovation in this house last year we were asked to come back and give the kitchen a refresh. So the floor tiles were taken up, the wall tiles came off and the wallpaper was stripped. The room was newly plastered by so the ceiling matched the rest of the downstairs and lost the dated artex and the walls were nice and smooth once again. New tiles were applied all round, the walls and ceiling redecorated and new LVT flooring was laid by to complete the look!

This latest bathroom renovation is now complete!

65 hours went into this small bathroom. In this time we...

- stripped it back to brick
- fully replaced the sub floor
- re plumbed the whole pipework to run off the mains and removed the cold water storage tank
- upgraded the electrical supply for the shower
- renewed and rerun the waste pipes for the shower and basin
- boarded all the walls
- tiled floor to ceiling
- laid new lvt flooring
- upgraded the extractor fan and shaver socket
- converted the bath to a shower cubicle
- installed a new bifold door
- maintained a working toilet throughout
- delivered on schedule and budget

Not quite what I was expecting when taking the tiles off but these things are fairly common when working on old properties. The old plaster was so dry and past it's use by and was just crumbling so had no choice but to strip back to brick work and we'll rebuild it back nice and flat and square which will provide a much better finish for the bathroom overall so worth the extra effort. Shout out to wearing my new mask for the first time and it did a great job!

Excited to get day 1 started on the next bathroom refurbishment! Another repeat customer which is amazing! This one is a bath to shower conversion. Full tile all round. New vanity wash hand basin unit and a back to wall toilet.

LATEST PROJECT COMPLETED

This bathroom's looking fully refreshed with the complete overhaul we've given it.

The herringbone panelling has made a big impact in the room and the colour is perfect 👌🏻

The lighter colour palette on the walls and floor gives the room a much more spacious and relaxing feel, perfect for soaking in the tub! 🛀

This project took 10 working days to complete with minimal interruption to the rest of the house throughout.
