Planning granted!
We’re delighted to share that approval has been granted for a new car parking deck and accompanying outbuilding. The design makes efficient use of the space beneath the parking deck, creating a games room for the residents.
This design is complemented by a traditional biodiversity-led landscaping scheme, with the outbuilding partially embedded into the garden and topped with a green roof to preserve the sense of green space. Careful material choices have been selected, including reclaimed natural stone, ensuring the development responds sensitively to its surroundings. A series of modest archways introduces subtle architectural rhythm, drawing on forms found across the Dart Estuary landscape.
The before and after images demonstrate how discreet and thoughtful the design is, and how sensitively it sits within the landscape and the surrounding context.
