Real stone engineered panelling can be a great alternative to traditional stone, where wall depth is restricted or a crisper finish is preferred. We have used this both externally and internally on projects where it provides a fantastic textured and natural surface. This Devon Slate from looks fantastic on our recently completed Kingswear project overlooking The River Dart.

Sketch proposals to convert an existing garage/store building into a new home. The proposals employ traditional materials of Cornish slate and locally sourced timber along side a predominantly render finish to contextualise the building within its setting, whilst the overall appearance is of a contemporary nature.

A sneaky peak at the staircase in one of our recently completed projects! The black metal central stringer and spindles, combined with the oak treads and hand rail provides a fantastic contemporary look. Going up and down the stairs never looked so good! Sketch proposals for a substantial re-work and extension of an existing property overlooking the river Dart. The proposal will completely modernise the property whilst providing open plan living spaces, increased bedroom spaces and improved views out towards the river.

Always a nice stage for a site visit when the scaffold comes down…… when projects start to reveal themselves. The cedar cladding on this re-work and extension project in Kingswear is looking amazing despite the gloomy weather!

We are very pleased to have now obtained approval of the Reserved Matters following a previous Outline Application for this contemporary new build home in Paignton. A fantastic result for our clients allowing this design to become reality.

A sneaky peek of this contemporary new build home perched high above the River Dart..... As it nears completion, we wanted to show some photos of the pre-weathered Pigmento Red Zinc cladding, easily one of our favourite cladding materials. Not only does it provide a high quality contemporary finish, it is also extremely durable with a life span often up to and over 100 years with minimal maintenance. It looks great and will stand the test of time, so it's a sure winner for us.

Another recent planning approval for a significant remodel and 2 storey extension to modernise a 1970's property located in Dittisham, Devon. With spectacular views over the river Dart, the proposed works will look to maximise these views throughout the main living spaces and greatly improve the connection between interior and exterior spaces. Looking forward to seeing this project start and progress on site in the near future.
