Nice day for a bit of steelwork ☀️🥶

This 440kg beam has gone in this morning to our Stevenage project. Drainage and new soak away have been installed as well. Time for bricking up and a nice tidy up before the ground screw installation next Thursday. Then we can get this built 💪

Foundations are done and the block and beam floor is now in place. Ready to get the steel beams and posts in across the back elevation in the next couple of days 💪

Brickwork to start next week. Black bricks and black mortar being used so keep your eyes pealed for more updates on this one 👀

Floors removed and cleaned ready for insulation and underfloor heating ✅
