We are nearly done on our Kilsby barn conversion. Only a few little bits left to tick off the list now and its over to our clients for the rest of the decorating and gardening. We picked up this work a few months ago after the client experienced issues with a previous builder. We took on completing all the internal finishes and the garden work. The finish inside is stunning and the exterior work is a total transformation. We were asked to create two separate garden areas and a shared driveway which is exactly what we did. Tonnes and tonnes of concrete removed from the garden which wasn't easy in the heat we've had but I'm proud of the end result!

Latest bathroom renovation in Rugby with Eden Kitchens and Bathrooms! Amazing work by Darren on this one and the end result is amazing. We've had a disasterous week elsewhere on other projects with issues well out of our control but we are pushing ahead and working with the clients and architects to get things sorted. More updates to follow!

(Bottom drawer on the unit was damaged so we are waiting for a replacement)

1 weeks progress on our Kilsby house renovation and extension project. We had a bit of a delay with this one for various reasons but we are back at it now and what a week its been! Side by side videos showing the progress. Various walls removed, chimney removed, new walls starting to be build and we are getting ready to remove the rear of the property next week! This property is going to look amazing once its finished, new designer bathroom and kitchen incoming. If you are considering getting an extension or home renovation please give us a call!

Check out the difference this latest garage conversion has resulted in. The old garage was separate from the house so as well as converting it into a habitable space we removed the old external wall and installed two steels to support the load above. Inside we installed new sockets and lighting along with new radiators. The floor is ready for LVT which is arriving shortly. New windows installed to match the existing. All this completed in two weeks in the hot weather. A great transformation for some fantastic clients.

4 weeks ago today we commenced work at this property building a detached double garage to allow for further work to be carried out at the property. There has been a few minor challenges along the way but otherwise everything has gone to plan and we are delighted with the results. The driveway and door are still to be completed but the building is watertight and completed. I've thoroughly enjoyed this project, our clients have been great and I hope to be back soon to commence further work.

Check out these stunning bathroom transformations. We've spent the last few weeks renovating a main bathroom, downstairs toilet and conservatory in Northampton.

We've replaced the conservatory roof with a fully insulated roof with lightweight slate effect tiles, both bathrooms have been renovated to a high standard and finished to perfection by Holly LR Female Painter .

We've thoroughly enjoyed working for this client, she made the best cups of tea and is a genuinely lovely person!

We will be back in a few weeks to complete further work in the garden!

Check out the progress on our garage build project! We are into week 4 on this build and have had to address a couple of supply and other issues but it's going well and the weather has certainly helped make some good progress on this one. The roof will be finished this week along with drainage and hopefully electrics. We are really enjoying this project and are excited to show you the finished product. Many thanks to Daventry Tool Hire, Dav Grab and Cox Scaffolding LTD on this one.

Great progress made on numerous projects this week. Our garage conversion is mostly plastered ready for 2nd fix and window installation. We've completed the 1st fix and tiling on a bathroom in Kilsby and we've made a great start on laying nearly 90sqm of stunning stone flooring. The results are going to look amazing. Everyone has been working so hard and the progress has been great.

Everyone is working flat out at the moment and it's great being so busy. This time last week we started a garage conversion in Daventry for a repeat client. 1 week ago the garage was nothing more than a storage space. Now we've framed the external walls to allow for insulation, created the utility area, Jack at 360 Electrical Solutions has completed the 1st fix electrics, we've run the pipework and knocked through into the existing house. Next week we will plaster everywhere ready for 2nd fix. This conversation is going to create huge amounts of usable space within the home.

This one took an unexpected turn…

While digging the traditional footings for this garage build, we found an underground stream😅

Quick change of plan to a raft foundation, all signed off, and nearly 30 tonnes of concrete poured.

Back on track and ready for brickwork 👊
