Day three of our Exeter project and this one’s a nice big one! 💪

We’ve got a full garden transformation underway, including composite decking to the side of the house, a newly levelled garden with split levels, grass on the top section, and a retaining wall built through the middle.

There’ll also be porcelain tiles running along the outside of the house, with matching porcelain tile cladding on the wall, plus a brand-new set of steps leading up to the second tier of the garden.

This is going to be a really nice project once it’s all finished. Looking forward to seeing it come together! 👌

Today’s the day — patio grouting! 💪

Not the nicest job in the world, but it’s got to be done! It’s those finishing touches that really make the difference and bring the whole job together.

Busy week this week, especially working in these hot conditions! ☀️💪

We’ve worked hard and made some great progress on this one. The patio is nearly laid, with just the cuts left to finish. The turf is all in, and we’ve also cracked on with the porcelain tile cladding on the walls.

Just 5m² of cladding left to go, and we’re hoping to have this one wrapped up by Tuesday, ready to move straight onto the next project Wednesday. 🔨🏡

Really looking forward to seeing the finished result — it’s coming together nicely! 👌

🚧 Progress on the latest job! 🌿

We’re ready for turfing today! The ground has all been levelled off with fresh topsoil, and the raised planter is now in.

The porcelain patio at the bottom section is complete and pointed with Graffito EasyGrout, giving it a really clean finish. 👌

We’re just awaiting the porcelain slabs to arrive so we can carry on with the top section.

With the fresh turf going down today, this garden is really going to start coming together! 🌱🔥

New Project Underway! 👷‍♂️🏡

Another exciting garden transformation has begun, and this one is going to look incredible from top to bottom.

The plan includes:

* 🔹 A stunning split-level garden design.
* 🔹 600x900 porcelain tiles across the top terrace to create a modern entertaining space.
* 🔹 A real grass area on the middle level for a natural, family-friendly finish.
* 🔹 A raised planter at the bottom of the garden to add structure and colour.
* 🔹 A stylish pathway down the side of the garage using 600x900 porcelain stepping stones with decorative gravel in between.
* 🔹 A cosy patio area behind the garage, finished with matching 600x900 porcelain tiles.

This is going to be a complete transformation, turning an empty new-build garden into a practical, modern outdoor living space.

Another one secured! ✅

We’ve just secured another full garden renovation on a new-build property in Exeter.

This blank canvas is going to be completely transformed into a practical and modern outdoor space. The plans include:

🌱 A beautiful new turfed lawn on the upper level
🧱 A retaining wall running through the middle of the garden
🪨 A brand-new patio across the lower section
🪵 A composite decking area down the side of the house
⚪ A neat gravel area to finish it off

We’ve just finished installing this reinforced concrete base ready for the customer’s two 8ft x 6ft sheds.

✅ Ground prepared and levelled
✅ Timber framework installed
✅ 5-inch deep concrete slab poured and finished
✅ Solid, long-lasting foundation built to support both sheds for years to come

Another garden transformation completed! 👌

We removed the old gravel area and installed beautiful 600 × 900 porcelain paving, creating a clean, modern outdoor space.

✅ Tiles primed on the back with a bonding primer
✅ Laid on a 4:1 sharp sand and cement mortar bed
✅ Finished with EasyGrout for a durable, neat finish
✅ Side walls rendered and the area left clean and ready to enjoy

We recently completed this 6ft feather edge fencing installation, using 4x4 treated posts with bitumen post sleeves for extra durability and long-term protection below ground. We finished the fence with a continuous feather edge capping board, creating a neat, premium finish while protecting the tops of the boards from the elements.

A solid, attractive fence that’s built to withstand the years ahead. Another happy customer!

One small observation from the photos: the lines of the fence are very straight despite the sloping ground, the post spacing looks even, and the capping ties everything together nicely. It gives the whole installation a much higher-end appearance than a standard feather edge fence.
