I made an early Christmas present for my wife, Karen. I was going to give it to her on Christmas Eve but a: I can't wait 🤣🤣 and b: I know she would much rather have it than wait. 🎅 🎄 I'll be be making some of these for the Christmas markets next year. A fun project.

It's been ages since I last posted.
Truth be told I've been very preoccupied with other, non Pine Tree Woodcrafts, projects.
However it felt really good to be back at it today. Molly and I have just finished a small batch of Christmas Robins for a returning customer and, as they say in that epic Oompah band the Bettesteiner Footstompers, 'soon be Christmas!' 🤣🤣🤣

I haven't posted for ages but have actually had lots on despite the Covid crisis.
As there were no Christmas fayres I sold Christmas Robin decorations from home and sold loads! More in fact than when I did the Cruise Terminal Christmas Market. Needless to say my Soldier Grooms and their brides haven't been selling as weddings have not been going ahead so I've changed tack a bit just lately.
A recent project was a TV in a box for playing Dungeons and Dragons. I didn't know too much about the game when I started but I thoroughly enjoyed the project and learned a lot whilst doing it.

Recently I've been busy making products for the Christmas Fayres; yes, that's right, it's a coming!!!!However here are a few pics of a recently delivered project of a Grenadier Guard and his bride.

I have been looking forward to this post.
I made this Bavarian couple for a gentleman's 60th birthday present. It was commissioned by his lovely wife and both of them have one German parent and love the German culture. They were picked up a few weeks ago but I couldn't post until now to avoid ruining the surprise.
The figures are the largest we have made and Karen worked wonders on the Dirndl and blouse.
I particularly love the joyous look on the birthday boy's face in the final photo of this group.

There is absolutely nothing quite as nice as receiving positive feedback from customers.
We've just received this from the lady who commissioned this couple.

"Omg!!! The topper has just arrived and bought me to tears. It’s absolutely gorgeous, I love it!!! Thank you so much. I know that the bride and groom are going to love it... I can’t thank you enough, it’s perfect. Please tell Karen the dress is beautiful. xx"
