The inspection uncovered outdated wiring, damaged accessories and several serious electrical safety concerns. We completed:

✅ Surge protection
✅ New sockets, switches and lighting points
✅ New smoke alarms
✅ Replacement outside security light
✅ Upgraded main protective bonding
✅ Full testing, certification and Building Regulations notification

The property now has a safe, reliable electrical installation ready for many years to come.
