******PLANT FITTER REQUIRED *****

We require an experienced Plant Fitter to join our growing and successful team here at Rees Plant Services Ltd. This role is primarily to support our customers with repairs and servicing of plant machinery, covering breakdowns and preparing plant for hire.

The role specifies a variety of duties and responsibilities based at the depot and remotely. Attending ongoing training is also required as part of the role.

You will be based at the depot in St Asaph and remote working will cover areas across North Wales and the North West of England.

You will be required to work on a range of machinery including:

Excavators
Telehandlers
Site dumpers
Rollers

The successful candidate must hold a clean driving licence, and must be in possession of NVQ level 2 in the maintenance and repair of construction plant ( or equivalent). Qualifications in Agricultural or Motor Vehicle Mechanical Engineering will also be considered.

Essential Criteria:
Experience in the repair and maintenance of construction plant machinery.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must be able to work using own initiative with a good approach to problem solving.
Good team player and flexibility in approach to working.
Excellent time management skills in order to manage work load effectively.

Desirable criteria:

Ability to speak Welsh would be an advantage however not essential.

Demolition of the old gymnasium at St David’s collage. With very restricted access, the team did a fantastic job removing the building and completed it on schedule. Thanks to Bob Francis Crane Hire & Heavy Haulage and the lads doing an excellent job not only just getting into the site but lifting all the equipment down onto the lower terrace and helping get the it done. 👍👍
