Some Fagus sylvatica (Beech) instant hedge elements going in today on site in Beaconsfield.
A popular choice of hedge and for good reason. Rich copper in colour at the moment, but come Spring the foliage will be bursting with fluttery green leaves that have a golden hue.

Last week a couple of our team went out to Hamburg in Germany 🇩🇪 to on a tree tagging trip.
What is tree tagging we hear you ask!? It’s when we visit a tree nursery and choose specific trees that we want for a particular project. We tag the ones we want, they then get delivered to us ready to be planted when we need them on site.
The benefit of going to the nursery in person is huge. It leaves no room for error, as we have personally picked the trees that are going to be perfect for the job in mind. We can see the exact size, shape and features of the tree.

The nursery is filled with vibrant shades of red and gold at the moment. These Parrotia Persica Bella (Persian Ironwood), Ginko Biloba (Maidenhair Tree) and Cornus Kousa Chinensis (Chinese Dogwood) look beautiful in the autumn 🍂🍁
