We had a single storey kitchen/ dining room/utility room and downstairs shower room completed to a superb finish
We are so pleased with all the work and the finished look
Some changes were made to original plans and this wasnt a problem to organise.
They did everything we asked for with no quibbles
We will definitely have them again and recommend these guys to anyone who wants a excellent job

Here is a complete garage conversion recently carried out for Kate and her lovely family in Audenshaw. From design to completion including all relevant building control compliance.

John and Mike carried out work to convert my garage to a large kitchen, & my existing kitchen to a utility room. They were extremely professional & worked to a very high standard on every aspect of the job. They were reliable & the work area was left tidy every day.
Both John and Mike were very approachable, which made it easy to discuss ideas & changes to the original plan & layout. They also helped us out with a couple of small jobs with the conversion, for which we were very grateful for too!
They have a great work ethic. This is reflected in their attitude & quality of work.
John coordinated the other services required i.e. electrics, plastering, flooring, as and when they were needed for the job. The tradesmen appointed were also professional & worked to a high standard.

We have just had a new large-scale fitted kitchen designed and installed by John Marsland Builders (JMB). The work comprised knocking through a supporting wall adjoining two rooms and converting a utility room into a separate WC and washroom. The craftsmanship of The workers was exemplary and the customer service superb. We were kept informed of all progress at every stage and JMB worked so diligently arranging the timing of different sub-contractors to ensure the work was completed efficiently and to time. JMB are clearly highly respected professionals in their field who attract like-minded sub-contractors to support them. We cannot recommend this company highly enough and will definitely use them again for any building or joinery requirements in the future. (Reviewed November 2020
