The latest project is accross the finish line 🥳
A large 13m wide x 4.8m porcelain patio courtesy of Talasey Ltd wa installed. We love the large format Pearl Anno Lite porcelain tiles. As always these were installed with a 3mm grout line for that clean look.
All man hole covers were finished in our signature style without the use of inset grids, again for that super clean look.
The patio was installed so the fall runs away from the property and into the aluminium Aco drainage channels which in turn feed back into the closest surface water drain.
With all new builds, the fencing leaves a lot to be desired… we installed new 70mm x 19mm PAR treated slats to create impressive 3.6m wide bays. These were finished off with 145mm wide capping timbers and 90mm vertical slats. A bespoke side gate was built to finish off the run.
As the existing ground ran up and away from the property we had to create a new tier to enable both sections being built level. Deck wise we installed our Oak and Walnut composite decking complete with Walnut trims to tie in both levels.
European 40mm artificial grass was then installed to add a splash of colour, not before the PAR bevelled sleepers were installed in a vertical orientation to match the curvature of the existing brick wall.
All too often with new builds, our customers garden was overlooked by a neighbouring property. To combat this issue we installed 3 x 1500mm x 1500mm pleached Red Robins to aid privacy. Over time these will fill out nicely.
The front of the property needed to match the rear so the old concrete pavers were removed, the path widened from 900mm to 1350mm and new artificial grass laid to to lawn. Peach coloured gravel was installed in the galvanised tree ring and across the front of the bay window.
Initially, our customer wasn’t interest in lighting until he saw what a difference it can make. We went from zero to hundred overnight 🫣 In total 7 x Philips colour ambience Lily XL spot lights, 9 x Philips colour ambience fixed wall lights and 1 x Philips colour ambience Amarant wall washers were installed (pictures to follow!)
As always PWM Skip & Grab Hire took care of waste and aggregates. They are definitely the silent hero’s behind all of our projects 💪🏻😂.
Without fuss, they removed well over 30 tonnes of spoil and delivered nearly 40 tonnes of essential aggregates (all during one of the hottest summers on record) 🥵
