We were called out to an F28 fault on a Vaillant boiler this week.

We quoted the customer on the visit, then called to the suppliers and collect the new parts

Got the boiler back up and running within a couple of hours

The customer was really happy with the service

Today we had a customer with no heating and hot water
We attended site and diagnosed the fault straight away , we replaced the fan and burner gasket on the boiler

Upon completion we found the boiler running at extremely unsafe levels of carbon monoxide . ‼️
We managed to adjust some settings and get the boiler safe again

The customer was pleased to have heating and hot water again
