‼️THE worst roof I have ever come across‼️

Havnt even put a ladder up as this is less than 2 years old and I don’t want to give the firm any excuses to use with the customer but full report is being written and supplied free of charge.

I can’t see any guarantee being honoured with this one as it needs ripping off to start from scratch and doubt the company will have assets worth chasing through court. A tough lesson for this customer!

Our charity pledge just got bigger‼️

As some of you may know we have been offering free roofing repairs to local residents in need atleast once a month. We’re happy to announce that a good friend and owner of the well established, local company Althea Group Plumbing & Heating has offered to join forces meaning we can now also help with gas,plumbing and heating services on top of roofing where it’s needed most!

On top of this we’ve also decided to contact registered charities and offer a referral service meaning those that work closely with the people we want to help can contact us directly for our services and those that may be too proud to ask or not on social media to see us will be able to benefit!

With so much negativity online and the support for those that truly deserve it dwindling year after year we feel it’s only right that we show appreciation to the local community that’s always supported us and give back where we can. We’re not asking for any donations but if you know anybody that would benefit then please don’t hesitate to get in touch or pass our details on.

Some things just can’t handle a finger anymore…😂

This step flashing had several splits allowing water to pass straight into the property so replacement was the only option
