Another big one leaving the workshop! 💪

This 8 metre, 1.7 tonne goal post frame has been manufactured for Ben Eley’s latest project.

Using our advanced in-house design software, every cut, cope and connection was produced millimetre perfect, ensuring a smooth installation on site.

Not every job is glamorous… but every job deserves precision. 🏗️☀️

Three 8.5m steel beams, spliced into thirds to create 9 individual sections.

That meant drilling 240 x 20mm holes… all in blistering summer heat. 🔥

Accuracy matters on every hole because every connection has to fit perfectly on site.

Another successful installation completed by Steel Beams Derby.
This week we designed, manufactured and installed a bespoke steel fire escape, cat ladder and access walkway for a commercial property on Saddler Gate in Derby.
