Oak Composite Slatted Cladding
New EPDM Rubber Roof
Flowing the correct way ( not back into the roof )
Few bits to finish off i.e couple of trims & guttering
Looks fantastic maintenance free and weather & UV resistance. All around peace of mind 🏠🌧️

1- Old rotten wooden cladding replaced with uPVC cladding - UV protection

2- Flat roof leaking ( back flowing and pooling incorrect seal between partition and all blocked in with p trims. Now fully sealed and flowing correctly with all the correct trims.

3- Old tried front bay replaced with uPVC cladding maintenance free

4- Blown dpc bricks replacements aco drainage installed with new uPVC downpipe into main drainage 🏘️🧱
