This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team here at Pride Plumbing Services Ltd.
What we are looking for:
This vacancy is for an office administration assistant. Prior accounting and administration experience is helpful, but not essential, as full training will be given, however a good level of IT skills are required. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, great initiative, excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload.
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, transcribe work requests and direct enquiries appropriately
• Organise and maintain office files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
• Support the preparation of quotations and correspondence.
• Handle basic bookkeeping tasks including supplier and client invoice processing, expense tracking and supplier statement reconciling.
• Maintain fleet management records for all company vehicles, booking servicing and repairs.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Skills:
• Good phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Working hours - 25.5 hours per week – 8.5 hours per day x 3 days (8.00am to 5.00pm). Please note that due to telephone cover, the hours are not flexible.
Pay - Negotiable depending on suitable applicant.
