🏡 NEW PROJECT STARTING IN CRICH, DERBYSHIRE

We’re back with a long-standing customer in Crich who we’ve had the pleasure of completing numerous projects for over the years, including extensions, bathrooms and alterations.

This time, we’re creating something a little bit special.

The project involves a new kitchen extension to a beautiful 16th-century cottage, combining the character of the original property with a high-end, contemporary finish.

The design will feature:

▪️ A balcony/roof terrace above the new kitchen extension
▪️ A large walk-on glass skylight, bringing natural light into the kitchen below
▪️ Glass balustrading around the balcony for a clean, uninterrupted look
▪️ Black Crittall-style, minimalist glazing to contrast beautifully against the original cottage
▪️ A carefully considered blend of traditional character and modern architecture

This is exactly the type of project we love — taking an amazing period property and adding something modern without losing what makes the original building special.

Another cracking installation completed in Moira 🏡

The property already had UPVC double glazing fitted from when it was originally built, but it offered very little in the way of thermal performance or energy efficiency.

The new windows and doors look so much better and will now help keep the heat inside the home where it belongs—saving money on heating bills and eventually paying for themselves.
