The start of the 2nd phase on this full house renovation. Productive first day back with all the team, boarding the rooms ready for the plastering to begin and works started on the en-suite.

Great progress on the first week of this project.
We started off creating the new open plan kitchen area by opening three existing rooms into one which has included removing a structural wall and installation of a structural steel.

Upstairs in the new master suite we’ve exposed all the wooden beams by knocking three rooms into one which is being sub divided to create a fantastic master bedroom, en-suite and dressing area for the clients.

The bathroom has been removed to create a new bedroom with a dormer window to be installed.

The old orangery has been removed and is almost ready for the David Salisbury team to install the new one.
