🏡 Besthorpe Development Update

The 3 plots at Besthorpe are really starting to take shape! 👌

The first bit of tarmac is now down, giving the site a completely different look. With the rain finally arriving, the ground is getting some much-needed moisture and we can now start getting the landscaping areas shaped up and bringing the outside spaces to life. 🌧️🌱

There’s still plenty more to come inside the plots too, with the finishing touches and final stages all coming together.

It’s been a great project to work on so far, and we’re looking forward to showing you the finished results.

🏡 EXTENSION PROJECT – CATFIELD, NEAR WROXHAM 🏡
Another extension coming along nicely in Catfield, near Wroxham! 👌
The K Rend is now fully complete, plastering is all finished and we’re now moving on with the tiling.
Flooring is also getting prepared and we’re getting everything ready for the kitchen installation — really starting to see this project come together now! 🔨🏠
A massive thank you to all the trades involved for the hard work and effort so far. It takes a great team to keep a project moving and we appreciate every one of you. 💪

🏡 Besthorpe Progress Update 🏡

Another great week of progress at our Besthorpe development! 💪

✅ Plot 1 – Fully complete and cleaned, ready to go.
🔨 Plot 2 – Almost finished, just the final touches to complete.
🧱 Plot 3 – Patio is now laid, with just the grouting left to do.

We’re now onto the finishing stages with landscaping and tarmac to complete the fronts of the properties, bringing the whole development together.

It’s great to see everything taking shape – not long now! 👌

🏡 Plot 1 at our Besthorpe site is nearly complete!
The acoustic fencing is really taking shape, the carpets have been fitted, and the kitchen is now in place.
We’re down to just a few snagging items and a thorough deep clean before it’s ready.
We’re really pleased with how this home has come together and couldn’t be happier with the outcome so far. We can’t wait to show you the finished result! 👌✨

Thanks to all the trades for the continued hard work as always it’s much appreciated.
Be good to get the other 2 plots over the line and see the finished results..

Builders aren’t robots. 🤖

Stop expecting miracles.

We’re out there in the freezing cold, pouring rain, scorching heat, and everything in between, putting our bodies on the line to earn an honest living and feed our families.

We don’t control the weather. We don’t control suppliers. We don’t control every unexpected problem that gets uncovered once a job starts. What we do control is our work ethic—and every single day, we give it everything we’ve got.

Hard times have a way of showing you people’s true colours. You find out who’s willing to stand beside you, who’s there to lend a hand, and who’s happy to stand back and watch you struggle.

It’s funny how, when everything’s going well, you’re surrounded by friends and family. But when life gets tough and you need support the most, that’s when some people disappear. The ones who stay by your side are the ones you never forget.

People expect perfection, impossible deadlines, and instant results, but forget there’s a human being behind every tool.

We don’t come to work to make excuses. We come to work to graft, to build, and to provide for the families waiting for us at home.

Plenty going on over at our besthorpe site. Plot 3 windows all now installed with garage doors across
the site.
Fencing beginning to take shape.
Tiling in plot 1 to bathrooms and kitchen floor. Plenty more to follow on these.
