Day two on this large groundwork and building project in Portslade, and the progress has been spot on.

In just two days we’ve removed four grab lorries’ worth of muck, shaped the retaining wall foundations, dug and poured the extension foundations, and had everything signed off by Building Control.

Accurate work, efficient progress, and even better when the sun is shining.

New Project Started in Portslade

We’re pleased to be underway on a large new project in Portslade, involving extensive groundworks and structural alterations.

This is a major transformation that will help deliver much-needed accommodation for a family currently without a permanent home. It’s the kind of project we’re proud to be part of — combining careful planning, solid groundwork, and structural expertise to create a safe, practical, and lasting home.

A lot of what we do happens before a project really starts to take shape.

Pouring concrete, setting levels, checking measurements and making sure everything is right before the next stage begins.

It's not always the part people notice, but it matters 🫡

Great progress on this extension project in Broadwater.

This one has had the drain diversion completed, groundworks carried out, and the blockwork brought up to lintel height — all achieved in just 8 days.

The project is now ready for the roof and steel installation, with everything moving along nicely.

It’s been fully insulated and plastered this week, and the space is already looking great.

We’ve adapted an existing room from the property to create what’s going to be an awesome new kitchen space for the family.

Great progress on this extension in Goring-by-Sea.

The roof has now been built, with a warm deck roof installation designed to line through with the existing roof on the previous extension.

This small infill extension will create a new utility room and downstairs shower room, giving the family much more practical, usable space.

Four months on site… and a result Stuart’s genuinely happy with 🫡

This one in Findon was all about keeping things steady from start to finish.

Clear plan, consistent pace and no surprises along the way.

From Stuart’s side, it came down to three things.

Day two on our extension project in Goring-by-Sea.

Despite the terrible weather conditions, we’ve made great progress on site. Three grab lorry loads of muck have been removed, the soakaway is in, an area of the garden has been reduced, and the foundations have been dug and concreted.

A tough day in the mud and rain, but another big step forward for this project.
