Accounts Administrator
We require a highly organised Accounts Administrator with excellent communication skills who has the ability to prioritise tasks and has a methodical approach with good attention to detail.
The Role:
Part Time (16-24 hours per week negotiable)
Hourly Rate: Negotiable (depending upon experience)
MUBM Contracts Ltd are seeking a Permanent Part-Time Accounts Administrator for an established business based in Magherafelt.
Responsibilities will include:
- Bookkeeping using SAGE Accounts Software (Minimum 3 Years’ Experience)
- Raising Quotations and Sales Invoices
- Inputting Suppliers Invoices on SAGE Accounts
- Debtors and Creditors Control
- Checking Suppliers Statements and making monthly payments
- Bank Reconciliations
- CIS breakdowns sent to Company Accountant and process payments as per information provided by return
- Preparing information requested by Company Accountant for end of year accounts etc
- Processing of monthly property receipts and payments
- General Office Admin Duties, filing, scanning, typing, answering the phones
- Any other duties as required by Management
Requirements include:
- Experience of using SAGE Accounts Software is essential
- Experience with CIS is desirable
- Strong communication skills and an eye for detail
- ICT literate and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines
