When a customer comes into your shop looking for tiles or installation products, a few simple questions can help make sure they're choosing the right materials for the job.
1️⃣ Where are the tiles being installed? Walls, floors, wet areas and external spaces have different requirements.
2️⃣ What's the existing surface? Concrete, timber and existing tiles can require different preparation.
3️⃣ Is underfloor heating involved? Movement, heat and substrate conditions all need to be considered.
