This amazing site has stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, and of the bay that runs in front of the mature site, in beautiful County Kerry.

We were thrilled to be commissioned to design a new home for our clients, and from every room they will enjoy these breath-taking views.

This new, modern country home design, is situated on a beautiful site, just outside Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, and overlooking Lough Erne from an elevated setting.

We positioned the rooms so each has its own unique view of the lake, and the sun spans around the property ensuring natural light all day long.

Set within the foothills of the Mourne Mountains, and with a break taking view towards the Irish Sea, this charming new country home has been designed to take account of all site factors and characteristics.

You approach the property facing the beautifully styled traditional cottage, which has a backdrop of the 2 storey barn behind. This barn, finished with complimentary coloured corrugated metal, blends perfectly in to the landscape, and then the detached outbuilding is built with natural stone work to reflect the original building that remains on the site today.

The grouping of modest build elements here sits unassumingly within the countryside, and gives the impression of having existed here for years. However, it is a new modern home for its owners, which allows the family to grow and function in a wonderful location, and feel totally connected with its place.

We’re delighted to have secured a really fast ✅PLANNING APPROVAL✅ for this striking house outside Enniskillen.

Nestled within the beautiful rolling countryside of County Fermanagh, this magnificent new home caters for the family’s specific accommodation requirements, and presented in a clean modern look, whilst holding on to traditional form and materials.

Having stunning views over the surrounding landscape, we ensured this could be captured through many of the internal accommodation spaces, as well as gaining the natural light with the passing sun around the property.

The use of natural stone, black timber cladding, and balanced fenestration elements; ensures the main white finish of the dwelling is complimented with these supporting elements. The difference in roof levels and contemporary finished dormers break up the massing and visual impression to suit its rural location.

Set on the edge of beautiful Glaslough Village and the grounds of Castle Leslie Estate, this original bungalow sat understated and in need of a little attention.

We were commissioned to design a new family home, reinstate the existing cottage, and provide a contrasting modern extension.
Our fantastic clients were delighted with the transformation!

Always good to get out to see the progression of our projects, and this time we’re at our Leitrim site which overlooks Lough Melvin. 😎

This new house will have fantastic views, taking in the beautiful panorama of water and surrounding countryside. 😍

Delighted to have secured ✅PLANNING APPROVAL✅ for this major project for Derrylin O’Connells GAA Club!

Permission covers the proposal for new changing rooms, committee room and multi-purposes room, plus a covered stand. This will be a fantastic facility for all players, club members and supporters for generations to come. 👌👍

Amazing fundraising has been ongoing, and a huge well done goes out to all the ticket sellers and those involved through the Club. 👏👏

This timely news comes just ahead of their start of the Fermanagh GAA Senior League tonight (May 8th) at 7.30pm v Tempo. Best of luck to the O’Connell’s! 💪🍀

Every site we work on is different, every client has different needs and tastes; but we love it when we create a dwelling concept that fulfils the potential to best suit all the important factors of a new project.

This new home has a main central element, simple in form and reflective of a traditional rural building, but accentuated with a crisp and modern style. The complimentary annexes, allows for zoned living spaces, with each gaining light and separation from the main kitchen living dining area. The effective use of natural stone and coloured standing seam metal provides a clean and low maintenance finish, but works very well together in this countryside setting.

The secluded and mature site boasts boundaries of strong natural vegetation, and the proposed dwelling will sit beautifully within the landscape, not far from Enniskillen.
