Celebrating this properties original character ⭐
While excavating for a new patio, we uncovered an existing well and chose to incorporate it into the final design as a feature, Rather than loose it we embraced it!

A proud moment for everyone involved in the refurbishment of St Mary Magdalene Church in Crowmarsh Gifford. The new glass entrance doors are now installed, marking the completion of this phase of the project. Thank you to all who’ve supported the journey.

When a horse box crashed into our client’s old barn, it left the structure unstable and in need of serious attention. A new roof, freshly crafted bespoke concrete pillars, and careful repairs brought it safely back to life. The resident horse took his role as site supervisor very seriously, overseeing every step like the true boss of the yard!

Refurbishment Update at St Mary & Magdalene’s Church.
With the new drainage now completed outside the church, work inside has been moving ahead really well. Rotten timber has been removed, and new pew ends crafted and fitted to match the originals. All of the affected flooring has been lifted, the damp issues resolved, and the floor structure made sound again. The floors and pews have been reinstated, bringing the interior one big step closer to full restoration.

Work now complete on a barn we were called to after a horse box struck one of the original Atcost concrete frames. These early steel‑reinforced pillars haven’t been produced for many years, so repairs must be carried out with care and a clear understanding of the original construction.
We’ve reinstated the damaged section with a purpose‑made steel reinforcement cage, set in formwork and cast with compacted concrete — a sympathetic, robust solution that preserves the building’s character while ensuring long‑term stability.
