NSH Developments Ltd is a family-run construction business based in Diss, Norfolk. We carry out a variety of work across domestic extensions, renovations, barn conversions and new builds.
We are looking for an experienced self-employed Groundworker/Groundworks Labourer to join our team.
We are looking for someone who already has good, hands-on groundworks experience and can work alongside our existing team. Just as importantly, we’re looking for someone with the right attitude — reliable, hardworking, willing to listen and keen to continue learning and developing their skills.
We don’t expect you to know everything, but we do expect you to have previous experience and a good understanding of groundworks.
Work Will Include
Foundations
Concreting
Drainage
Paving
Excavation and digging
Site preparation and clearance
Underpinning
General groundworks
Assisting with other aspects of our projects when required
What We’re Looking For
Previous groundworks experience is essential
Good practical knowledge and confidence working on site
Reliable and punctual
Hardworking with a good attitude
Willing to listen, learn and improve
Able to work well as part of a team
Takes pride in their work
Must have own transport
