Up and out early this morning to beat the heat!!

Trussed roof install today so bricky can do his decorative gables on Monday.

Felt, baton and tiled by Friday.

Think we are due a cold beer now.

Really good day today, lots done on the Focus project.

Fire plasterboarding done to areas including protected ceiling.
Deliveries arriving ready for Monday

Straight stair case install today. over 4m long!!

Removed the old non compliant stair case and installed the new commercially compliant stairs.

Stud work C24 structural timber, pearling support to eliminate any bounce.

All ready for ply wood and fire retardant plaster boarding on Monday ready for plastering Wednesday.

Love it when a plan comes together.

The team have been installing a horizontal cover over an untidy concrete fence and outbuilding today along the customers front garden and driveway.
Later, up lights to be installed and laurel trees to be planted creating a modern welcoming area and boosting the kerb appeal to buyers.

Another kitchen completed with flooring and oak doors installed through the ground floor.
We removed the wall between the original kitchen and lounge diner to create an open plan ground floor ideal for the family.

Great kitchen, great project. From start to finish thanks Teri and Daz it was an absolute pleasure.

Been a busy day in the heat, not as bad as for some others outside. 🥵
Can’t complain too much, customer gave me a nice cold can of……lemonade. 👍
Lovely kitchen, all integrated appliances.

Really enjoyed the last couple of days.
Oak door, supplied and fitted with brushed satin ironmongery. Then finished with Osmo door oil.

Great customer.
