We received a phone call from a well known solicitor in Doncaster. Instantly the panic sets in thinking someone is trying to sue us. It actually turns out they are acting on behalf of someone’s estate for probate and needed the water turned off for insurance purposes. We had to replace a stop tap but it wasn’t straight forward as the external wasn’t easy to find and supplied 3 other properties. Notice was served of intended distruption and the work completed.

We had a call out the other week to replace a faulty flush on a concealed cistern. Instead of wasting time trying to identify the correct part and having to order it the customer went for a whole new cistern which was actually cheaper than the flush valve itself.
Viva to the rescue. They are doing some awesome products at the minute.
