This week it’s finally the end of the road for my mum and dad’s boiler.

This Worcester Bosch Junior combi’ turned into one of the most controversial boilers in the industry for both customers & installers for their poor reliability.

Mum and dad’s boiler is/was 20 YEARS old!

⚠️Important customer information with Google nest thermostats!

It’s been brought to my attention that 2nd Generation Nest learning thermostats (2014) will no longer have remote connectivity via your smart devices!

Essentially you will no longer be able to turn your heating on or off via the app away from home this October onwards.

You will still be able to use the thermostat manually within the home so don’t panic but Google are no longer offering support for these devices you’ll unfortunately have to upgrade (more information on this via Google itself)

Our customer (yet again) was told she couldn’t have this bathroom set up, I beg to differ (leave it to the experts)

It’s been an absolute pleasure working for this family with endless cups of coffee and biscuits keeping us going but I’m sure you’ll agree the room has had some transformation

“It’s like we have someone else’s bathroom” you can’t beat comments like that after 2 weeks hard work!😊

Well it’s our last installation of 2024 and so fitting it ends in our new village!

Its been quite a year from nearly losing our family pet dog Joby due to illness, my father being seriously ill in hospital over summer to a huge house move - it’s been very tough running a business through all this but I’ve had some very understanding customers that I can’t quite thank enough through those testing times!!!

Here’s wishing all friends, family and my amazing customer base a very Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year 😊
