🟠 We're pleased to have been appointed to deliver the technical design for an exciting residential development. Our role includes the Building Regulations stage design, together with technical consultancy throughout the construction phase to support the delivery of the scheme.

The development will see the demolition of existing dilapidated barns and the construction of four high-end stone-built homes across three blocks, complete with associated external infrastructure.

We look forward to working with the wider project team as the development progresses.

🟠 Progress Update | Meadow View

Great to see the continued progress on site at Meadow View, the new adult residential care home development for Hesley Group.

The roof structures are now well underway, giving a real sense of the scale and form of the building. It's fantastic to see the project coming together.
A big thank you to O&P Construction Services Ltd for their excellent work and continued progress on site.

We're looking forward to sharing further updates as the development moves towards completion.

Great to visit HQ and manufacturing facilities last week 👏

Seeing the processes behind the product, particularly the Plaza paving range really highlights the quality, innovation, and commitment to sustainability.

Planning Granted for One Call Insurance!

We’re delighted to share that planning permission has been approved for One Call Insurance Services Limited!

The scheme follows the client’s acquisition of the office adjacent to their existing building, with the vision of creating a more cohesive and efficient workspace. The design brings the two buildings together as one, featuring a new connecting bridge that integrates seamlessly with the existing façade system.

In addition, the proposal enhances the workplace environment through the connection of roof terrace amenity spaces—creating a more unified and functional setting for staff.
