Customer called this morning stating they could hear hissing noise from their pipework boxing. They isolated the water and it stopped meaning they had no fresh water in the house. Arrived at the property, toilet and boxing removed, pin hole pipe work removed and replaced.
It's important to know where your stopcock is as it saved any further damage to the property. Bank hoilday Monday, don't stress MC Heating and Plumbing always on hand to get you back up and running.

Customer made contact due to loss of boiler pressure. On investigation the expansion vessel had ruptured causing the PRV to open. Expansion vessel and PRV replaced. If the heating system was serviced yearly this would of prevented the need for new parts.

Customer made contact stating their outside tap was not working, on investigation is was established the check valve had failed. Out with old in with the new.(Double check valve is a backflow prevention device designed to protect water supplies from contamination)

Customer requested a downstairs toilet, so office space converted. New drainage system had to be connect to existing mains. ( internal wall / plastering) completed by another company. Drainage , toilet , basin and all new pipe work fitted by MC Heating & Plumbing.

New radiators fitted, with pipe work alteration from 10mm to 15mm.
