We are seeking operators for this season, both full and part time, with some experience in the following:
Forage production i.e mowing, tedding, raking, hauling, buckraking, clamp rolling, baling, wrapping and stacking
Slurry/fym work i.e umbilical slurry, nurse tank pumping, digestate spreading, top-fill tanking, splash plate tanking, and solid spreading with rear and side discharge spreaders
Some experience of cultivations, digger work/groundworks, crimping and straw grinding would be an advantage but not essential
We are looking for the following important qualities
- a current uk driving license
- be a team player but also to use own initiative at times
- a willingness to work long hours when required and when the weather suits
- an ability to muck in to whatever needs doing
