Small en-suite??? Big 1st floor living room???? No problem, Half the living room with a big media centre, knock through the existing en-suite turning that into a makeup room and creating a bathroom this house deserves 😊.
Crazy amount of work involved in this but it’s made a really top notch bathroom 👌, definitely one to make the neighbours jealous.
Feel like we’ve been on this one forever, but glad to hand it over to a more than happy customer.
Fitted a few bathrooms by now 🤪 but the finish to this room is up there with the best 👌 super proud to what’s been achieved here.

The house is only a couple years old but the customer wanted to change things about a bit to make it theirs. New units, concealed cisterns, baths replaces for low level showers (for the dogs 🐶), new tiles (and most importantly, fully waterproofed)
Making these small en-suites extra special.
