The old pub renovation & conversion is mainly complete. (This is our own home so will likely be without a porch and other finishing touches for some time 😂)
Big thanks to P&P Trade Windows and Doors for the stunning windows (we’ve had numerous people stop and ask about them).
Kings Stag Joinery did a great job with the front door - exactly as we envisioned!

We took down the poorly constructed rear extensions and built a new double and single storey extension (housing two additional bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor and large kitchen /family room downstairs).

The best part of this project will always be the discovery of the original stone under the pebbledash 👌

It’s not all new build work; this property is undergoing a full transformation. Originally built in the 1700’s, a pub since 1850 - and now full conversion and new extension to create a 5 bed family home. Uncovering the original stone was time consuming but worth it!
