Experienced Landscape Gardener – Join Our Local Team 🌿

We’re an established landscaping company based in Bournemouth, delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects and we’re looking for an experienced landscape gardener to join our team.

We’re proud of the reputation we’ve built locally — much of our work comes from recommendations — so good communication, reliability, and a high standard of workmanship are essential.

The role can be offered on either an employed or self-employed (subcontractor) basis, with full-time work available for the right person.

You’ll need solid experience in hard landscaping, including:
• Paving (laid accurately and to a high finish)
• Decking
• Retaining walls
• Sleeper work
• Fencing
• Block and brickwork
• Artificial and natural turf

We’re looking for someone who:
• Turns up on time and takes pride in their work
• Can work independently and organise labourers when needed
• Keeps sites tidy and well managed
• Is confident and professional with customers
• Has their own tools and transport

Pay: £27,000–£31,000 depending on experience.

You would be in either a sub-contractor position or in an employed position and we would offer full time work for the right person.

Customer interaction and communication is of the upmost importance to us and is a major reason why we get recommended. You should have experience in all aspects of hard landscaping including sleeper work, paving, decking, fencing, block/brickwork and turfing. We are also looking for someone who:

- Is reliable

- Is very hard working

- Can work on their own initiative

- Can organise labourers on site

- Can work to a very high standard

- Is well presented and professional.

- Has their own tools and transport.

Responsibilities and Duties

Pay between £25k - £30k dependent upon experience.
