- 3 extensions in Barton-on Sea. One has the roof on, one is at block work stage and one is just about to start.
- A timber framed detached annex in Mudeford which is at ground work stage.
- A refurbishment in Friars Cliff.

2021 was a very busy but also a very strange year with lots of new challenges for everyone including the construction industry. Despite delays and some materials being in extremely short supply we managed to keep all our projects moving forward and were able to complete them all within the timeframe we set out with each client.
When we take on a project no matter how small or large, from the first meeting until handover we pride ourselves on the relationship we have with our clients.

We completed and handed over this project in time for the clients and family to enjoy Christmas in their new home.

We started this project in July. It’s virtually a full rebuild on the existing footprint. We’ll keep you updated on the progress in the coming weeks, we are still waiting for two angled windows to arrive which are currently 4 weeks overdue due to COVID in the production factory.

Here’s an update on our large extension/full refurbishment project in Friars Cliff.

The Highcliffe side utility/shower room/study extension is nearing completion internally.

The Highcliffe rear extension has the lantern on and the roof is finished. The aluminium sliding doors arrive this week and will be installed on Friday. We’re on target for completion by the end of the the month ready for a delayed baby shower/garden party🕺🏼🎉

We start a garage conversion in Mudeford on Tuesday and our next large contract starts week commencing 26th which will take approximately 9 months.
