Sorry haven’t posted for a while, partly due to being busy and partly because I have been fortunate enough to go on a lovely family vacation.
Anyway a nice job for a lovely couple a week ago. They had been quoted £270 for a non vw aftermarket key for their 2011 Tiguan. I not going to name and shame who that was, but that’s more than I would charge for an all keys lost situation, as takes a lot longer and is more difficult than producing a spare. So long story short 20min a after arriving they were in possession of a new working after market vw style remote for £145 including the 5-10mins whilst cutting key blades spent trying to rescue the broken remote. Two very happy clients and a nice afternoon in the sun for me playing with two chickens.

Another happy client, rescued after vw ‘safe lock’ strikes again locking the client’s keys inside the vehicle. Van opened within 5mins of arrival and with zero damage caused to the lock due to the correct tools and method being used. Client now back on the road and happy with service provided.
