Ever wondered what our process looks like? Check out this video to see our team in action.

1️⃣ We work with our Geotechnical Engineer to produce a specific mix design, tailored specifically to the individual needs of your project - ensuring that the soil properties are perfectly aligned with the project's structural needs and longevity goals.

2️⃣ We mix your specified mix design with the existing on-site material, pulverising them together to ensure a consistent mix throughout.

3️⃣ In the final stage of installation, our team compact the treated areas of the site.

What you're left with is a stronger foundation for your project, with increased load-bearing capacity and increased lifespan - all whilst significantly reducing the need to send existing site-won material to landfill, and removing the need to import costly bulk aggregate to site in order to strengthen the soil properties.

Recent Project: Orchard Grove 🏘️

The Ground Stabilisation Solutions team were recently back at Orchard Grove, Comeytrowe - this time for Champion Groundworks and Vistry, working on the design and installation of 3109m2 cement stabilised piling mat areas to allow for piling of 22 plots.

This was our second visit to the Orchard Grove development, following on from our previous design and installation of the following for Champion Groundworks and Taylor Wimpey:

✔️ 1319m2 compound area
✔️ 750m2 car park extension
✔️ x5 separate piling mats totalling 7094m2

Our team recently completed their work on this exciting 41-new home project, including:

➡️ Modification of 6,000m3 of existing site won material to make a specification-compliant general fill
➡️ Installation of multiple cement-bound piling mat working platforms
