Here we have another Local Job Carried out in Eythorne, Dover 📍

Another Bodged Job we have had to rectify again!! Customer couldn’t get anyone to rectify the works! So they got in contact with the right Person/Company to get it sorted 👍🏻

So we completely stripped the roof off as it has been set out wrong! Gable ends cemented on to the brick course and thought hiding it with fascia would be good enough! Wrong size fascias installed so gabs was present under the tiles! And the best part is guttering and damp proof installed for Valleys!! Ridges are all wrong allowing water ingress, This is why we are Trading Standards Approved to put every customer at ease and someone to trust!!

Here we have another Kent Peg Re Roof carried out Locally in Hawkinge, Kent 📍

Here we have before and after Photos 🔨👍🏻

These lovely customers just purchased the property, original job was to replace the Centre Gulley, due to being left and Leaking for a minimum of 8 Years so the damage as you can imagine inside wasn’t great at all!! But due to The previous owner had the Government Scheme expanding Foam loft insulation installed!! Roofers nightmare!!!

So we had to completely strip all the Kent pegs off along side removing all the expanding foam off the rafters, Reinstated a Whole New Complete Centre Timber Plate and Installed a new Gulley with all new 4x2 timbers bolted to the side of the Rafters, we also cut all the rotten wood and timbers throughout.

Seamless EPDM Rubber System installed to Centre Gulley.

All New Breathable Felt and batten installed.

All New Kent Peg reclaimed all reinstated back.

Temporary Dry Fix hips and ridges installed due to saving customers money and time when it comes to removing the other sections of the Roof in the next couple of years.

New Lead works installed.

This roof was tough going! But we got there and transformed this roof massively!

Another Weekend Job Carried out Locally in River, Dover 📍

Here we have an old Asbestos Corrugated Garage Roof, Fully Replaced with a Seamless EPDM Rubber System installed.

Asbestos sheets fully disassembled and disposed of correctly 👍🏻 all new extra Joists installed and 18mm OSB boards installed, Finished off with a Seamless EPDM Unit with Finishing PVC Black Kerb and Gutter Trims.

Couple Of Cabin Roofs Carried out in Chillenden, Canterbury 📍

Here we have a Couple of Cabin Roofs carried out by the Team, with a Warm Roof System all New Timbers installed throughout to both roofs and Vapour Barrier control and Celotex installed along side New Timbers Fascias all round with New Half Round Black Guttering.

Finished off with a Seamless EPDM Rubber System installed to both Roofs with Black PVC Finishing Trims.

Recent Job carried out in Canterbury, for this lovely customer, making sure all the works was completed ready for the New Uni Students to move in. 👍🏻

Before and After Photos Below

Brittle Polycarbonate sheets replaced, due to cracks and hole keep appearing due to age and the fact the sheets only 6mm thick! So we installed new UV Protected Polycarbonate sheets, 16/18mm thick and a new complete rail system in White. All New Lead Cover Flashings installed throughout.

Failing Felt Roof also replaced in a Seamless EPDM System, along side new 18mm OSB boards and all new code 4 Lead Flashings replaced.
